- Attestation by the State Education Department (HRD only) of a respective state

- Attestation from Vietnam Embassy.
Process 2 (Case Specific):

- Attestation from the Home Department of Maharashtra State

- Attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
- Attestation from Vietnam Embassy.
Process 3 (Case Specific) :

- Attestation by Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), New Delhi

- Attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
- Attestation from Vietnam Embassy.
For Non-Educational Documents

Following documents are required for Attestation of educational and personal documents:

- Original documents to be attested;
- One clear photocopy of the passport;
In the case of Commercial Document Attestation, the following documents are required to be submitted:

- Original documents duly attested by the respective Chamber of Commerce under the name and designation seal of the Attesting Officer and the seal of the Chamber of Commerce;
- Embassy’s fees per document as determined by them after checking the documents
