What is UAE Embassy Attestation?

UAE Embassy Attestation is a process of Legalizing of documents so that they can be used in the UAE legally for employment, study or for commercial purposes. Depending on the situation and need, many different types of documents can be attested. Before UAE Embassy Attestation can be done on a document, there are 3 stages of attestation that need to be done. These three stages of attestation are done from Indian authorities. Attestation from MEA is the second last step before the document proceeds to the UAE Embassy for the Embassy Attestation.

Why is UAE Embassy Attestation necessary?

Simply explained, you can only use your documents (Personal, Educational or Commercial) in UAE only after they have been attested by the UAE Embassy. This is a condition set by the UAE Embassy due to which your relevant documents will need to be attested before they can be used in the UAE. You will receive your Employment visa or Student visa only after your documents have been duly attested by the UAE Embassy.
